Startups are identified through curated pitch events, partnerships with universities and incubators, or direct submissions. Each idea undergoes rigorous vetting by Kadel Ventures before being presented to our investor and mentor network.

Investors participate in deep-dive sessions with founders to align on strategy, receive regular updates on progress, and remain involved throughout the startup’s growth to ensure alignment and transparency.

Kadel Labs, our technical and operational arm, handles product development, technical infrastructure, and operations. This allows founders to focus on strategic growth while investors and mentors contribute strategically, without worrying about execution.

Yes, many of our partners choose to participate in both roles. This dual involvement allows you to invest financially while also offering hands-on guidance, making a deeper impact on the startup’s journey.

Kadel Ventures focuses primarily on Generative AI and Aerospace Technologies, supporting SaaS-based platforms and physical products with AI integration.

Once funded, Kadel Ventures takes charge of delivery, leveraging Kadel Labs for development. We also handle the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to ensure efficient product launch and scaling, with continuous support from mentors and regular updates to investors.
