Our Support System: Kadel Labs
Once a startup is selected, the technical execution, product development, and operational needs are handled by Kadel Labs. This allows founders to focus on the key strategic roles without the burden of managing day-to-day operations. With Kadel Labs’ support, startups can deliver at a low cost and high quality, ensuring cash isn’t burned and execution remains efficient.
What Founders Can Expect:
- Access to Mentors & Investors:
Kadel Ventures provides access to a closed network of mentors and investors, offering more than just capital. These industry leaders offer strategic insights, advice, and connections to help you grow.
- Transparent Equity Model:
Each startup is registered as a separate legal entity, with founders retaining equity as per valuation and investment received from investors.
- Fund Management & Support:
- Kadel Ventures do not charge any fund management fee from investors or founders.
- Complete operational support for startup is managed smoothly and efficiently by our ecosystem – Assets, Facilities, Laptops, Office, Talent hiring, etc.
- All funding is taken care by Investors wo has invested in the startup.
- Founders get paid monthly salary.
- A 12–2.4-month runway:
Our community of investors provide operational expenses for the first 12-24 months, giving your startup the time it needs to gain traction. After that, we initiate Round 2 of investment for scaling and further development.
For Founders
We accept applications from founders who have innovative ideas in Generative AI (SaaS models) or Aerospace Technology (physical products).
We look for lean teams with three core roles:
- CEO + CPO: Leading the vision and product strategy.
- CRO + CMO: Handling sales, revenue, and marketing.
- CTO + COO: Overseeing technology and operations.
Kadel Labs, our IT services arm, manages all technical and product development tasks. This includes everything from infrastructure to delivery, ensuring founders can focus on leadership.
Each startup has a unique value prop and comes to us at different stages of growth. Our investors typically provide 12-24 month operational runway. After this period, Round 2 investments are initiated based on your progress and growth potential.
Founders retain the remaining equity which is based on investor capital ingestion at a certain valuation. Startup is evaluated on valuation based on revenue, market potential, etc.
Investors don’t just provide capital—they act as mentors, offering valuable insights and guidance. They’ll be involved in helping you navigate growth, market strategy, and scaling operations.
